For the second year in a row, RoboGarden has successfully participated in the Hour of Code event organized by code.org. This year, RoboGarden prepared a special five-part STEAM challenge. Participants needed to use programming to solve challenges that included learning outcomes from the fields of science, technology, math, engineering, and art.
Each of the five categories mentioned above contains six missions that increase in difficulty as the learner progresses. Kids encountered a variety of topics, including space, robots, playing with colors, math riddles, and more.
The Hour of Code is a global initiative that reaches tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. It includes activities from Minecraft, Google, and Microsoft. RoboGaden is one of the first Canadian Companies to join Hour of Code. Graduation certificates are available on completion.
Participate in the Hour of Code™ at RoboGarden and get certificates for your students after finishing each topic of our STEAM activities. Don't forget to join us for free to enjoy our K-12 coding curriculum.
